aimp-remote v1.1.0-preview (for Android) have no qr-code scanner
Suggestion: The QR code link to the app should lead to the APK directly or Google Play, not to github release page. Not all users know how to github works. This will reduce the number of questions you receive.
At first launch of the mobile app, would be better to display a settings page, or ask the user to scan a QR code that your provide in PC's plugin. Now, apps spams the "error get XXX" toasts at launch.
It's like an onboarding, right? So, the first time the app launches, the onboarding will appear, showing the plugin's server IP settings and the option to scan the QR code.
Many thanks! I’ve been waiting ages for an add‑on like this. Winamp had one, and I’ve really missed it. Now you’ve come to my rescue — absolutely brilliant! Keep up the fantastic work!
One issue I’ve noticed is that my tablet is used in landscape mode, but the Android add‑on stays in portrait no matter how the device is oriented
I've just updated the plugin for AIMP with new features if you want to download it.
Feature request: Move current track to Recycle BinHi! Thank you for developing Fluke AIMP Remote. One feature from the old AIMP Remote Control is greatly missed: the ability to move the currently playing file to the Windows Recycle Bin directly from the remote. This is extremely useful for users with large music collections (10,000–20,000+ tracks) who regularly review their libraries and remove unwanted songs while listening.Suggested behavior:"Remove from playlist""Move current file to Recycle Bin"Optional confirmation dialogAutomatically continue playing the next trackThis would make Fluke a complete replacement for the old AIMP Remote Control.Thank you for considering this feature!
I'm excited to announce the release of v1.3.0 for both the plugin and the mobile app!
