Radio capture option in utility or main menu for skins without capture button

I've been on the hunt for AIMP skins and found that many of them lack an internet radio capture button, and I'd like to use the radio capture regardless of skin.

It seems that not only this button is missing in these skins, but also many others. It turns out that you need to duplicate ALL the functionality through additional menus. Or use keyboard shortcuts for these actions.
