Properly Importing .m3u stations & Installing both 32&64bit

Hello everyone!! I'm very new to AIMP, the forums and the music player.
I've been a fan of both Foobar2000 and WACUP/WinAmp for a few years now, and I cannot believe how long its taken me to find this digital treasure. I think Foobar and WACUP are both great in their own regards, but this... these skins... this is what I've wanted for so long.

Anyway, I have two questions, and I did do a quick search on the forums, but didn't manage to find what I was looking for.

• This one is more straightforward, but I was searching around looking at plugins when I noticed that most seemed to be geared towards the 32bit install. I've already taken a lot of time setting up the 64bit one. Will I be losing much for "downgrading" to 32bit, should I do a dual install (that be a bit foolish given the skin/plugin size overlaps), or.... idk, what are your opinions on this?
• This one is less straight forward... so I have a PowerShell script linked to a certain GH repo that has roughly... idk, somewhere in the thousands, if not 10s of thousands, of radio stations recorded in it, and it's updated frequently. I have my script pull from it every month or so to keep updated. The stations are received already per-organized by category and types of radio stations, so it looks like `60s`, `70s`, `Classic Rock`, etc. etc... They are packed into `.m3u` files, of which each file has roughly 500 or so radio stations. For WACUP and Foobar2000, importing this is as simple as creating a "Radio" playlist, then dropping all the `.m3u` files inside. Due to them already being named and packed under their category, each one becomes its own separate category, making organization a breeze. However, I've been at it for hours now and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this on AIMP. I've gotten to creating what I believe is a playlist, but whenever I import the files, they all become unorganized and just do not seem correct what so ever. I cannot figure it out. I've even tried a plethora of different grouping settings, but nothing has worked. So basically I am here to ask if anyone has a similar setup and can help guide me through it, or even if they don't, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Settings between 32- and 64-bit versions are compatible. So, you can just "upgrade" app to 32-bit (just install 32-bit version over the 64-bit one). Installer will replace apps binary to 32-bit versions.

I suggests you to use smart-playlist based on remote/local source. Don't forget to setup grouping template to group the entries by required criteria. If we are talking about groups meta in M3U playlist, AIMP imports the data of group tag to a album tag field. So, you need to group your playlist entries by the %Album macro.

• Hm... while this still leaves me a small bit confused, I will take another shot at it tonight, making sure to look for & do the things you said. No guarantee it'll import properly though, as  I tried so many different configurations yesterday.

If you will use 64-bit version, you will have no access to certain plugins that was written for old AIMP version
