Video Support

Are there any plans to introduce support for common video formats? I have a library of music hosted locally on my PC that features a lot of music videos, mostly in .mp4 format mixed in with audio formats, it would be nice to have a player that can shuffle libraries featuring both video & audio, & be able to seamless automatically switch between playing video & visulisations for the audio files.

No. AIMP is audio player.
P.S. AIMP can play audio stream (only) from mp4 files.

So why does it have 4k support if there is no plan for it to play videos? It's not really a replacement for Winamp then, Winamp can play videos, it just can't switch between video & visualisations without both stopping working.

AIMP is not clone of Winamp. I think that each app should focus on his major target. So, I have no idea why audio player should play videos too
