Local Lyrics Desktop Display Plugin

This plugin reads lyrics from local audio files or LRC files in the same folder and displays them on the desktop.
It is currently sufficient for my own use. It supports Windows on both x64 and x86, and includes Chinese, Russian, and English language support.
However, I do not speak Russian at all, so if you notice any issues, please let me know.

tested on Windows11, aimp v5.40.2709

x64 only.
The settings style still needs some work; it currently replicates the design of older ("non-adapted") plugins. There are some size issues, including a missing scrollbar.
If the current language is not supported, it's best to display the "international" English language. For ease of translation and addition, it's also recommended to externally load language files from the plugin's (language) folder.

Тип плагина "дополнение" (не визуализация), поэтому в списке визуализаций искать нет смысла.
Насчёт работоспособности пока не понятно. На тестовой версии плеера не увидел никаких признаков работы плагина (новые окна, пункты меню или просто текст на экране).

First, thank you for the plugin!
It seems that the 32-bit version of the plugin is not linked properly. The exported function name is "_AIMPPluginGetHeader@4" (like in C++ style).
