%TimeCode using in information bar doesn't work in realtime. It always shows the same value.

Yes, this is correct behavior. All macros are evaluated at information bar showing.

Timecode should show actual position in time of playing title but this information shows always the same value even while playing file.

Macros in information box are static values, it cannot be updated on-live.
