Why is the default language vietnamese?

I'm not vietnamese, I don't live in Vietnam, my desktop's language and locale is not Vietnam either.
But why is the default language for AIMP is Vietnamese? I don't know how to change it because I don't speak Vietnamese either.

This is the no installer 64bit.

Because Vietnamese localization has wrong language id, the issue is already fixed.
