shrinked groups open again

Hi,
i am new to AIMP, but I love it very much. But there is a litle problem - perhaps it ist a bug, but i am not sure.
I have grouped my songs by Genre. Normally all genres are "shrinked" (or what is the right word?) and I open only one genre. This works fine and I play some songs there.
Then I shrink this genre by tapping on the genre-title and open another one. In the moment I start a song here, the previous opened genre opens again.
This goes so on and on. So after a bit of playing around more and more genres opens "automatically".  :'(

Have you any advice? Can you reproduce this behavior?

Yes, groups that contains a playing track expands automatically. I suggest you to switch on the "collapse unused groups automatically" option

Just to clarify: when I start playing a track, ALL previously opened genres open again. Not only the last one. Of course the one with the playing track: I opened it myself just to start the track  .
But the option you mentioned ("collapse unused groups automatically") should help I think. But unfortunately I can not find it. I looked really twice through all the settings, but I can't find it. I use v3.22, build 1199.

Normally there are more tracks, but I reduced them for the video. So you can see the result better.

Ok - but don't you think it is a bug? I would not expect that some groups open itself, when i closed them before. I use 12 groups with about 100 songs each, so it becomes very uncomfortable.  :'(

No, it's not a bug. Group expands on starts playing track that it contains

Sorry. Really sorry! But I do not understand. Of course the group with the playing track expands. But as you see in the video there are other groups that expand too: when I play the third song in the video, you can see, that two other groups expand. So after playing some songs ALL my groups expand everytime I start playing a song. This is a loss of all logic in my eyes. Why should I have groups for, when the yexpand all the time?

Yes, it seems like a bug, but I cannot reproduce it on latest release. Please, can you try on it?

As I say before, group will be expanded automatically on start file playback that it contains. I take this behavior from Windows OS world (because I don't see same things on android apps)

It works now! I manually updated to the latest release (which was not done by the PlayStore) and now it seems to work perfectly. Thank you very much - now AIMO is really the best for my needs.

This is absolutely logical in my eyes. My only problem was, that other groups did unshrink too.
