Play Audio to Network Device,chromecast,etc

Is it possible to play to my Denon x1600h network avr?
or even to the chromecast which is connected to it?
Like in vlc media player ,play>renderer>scan for chromecast.

Have you tried Audiocast Electron? https://github.com/acidhax/chromecast-audio-stream It does have an annoying 10 second delay while it negotiates with the host, and the interface is far from intuitive, but it does work...
