Edit Bookmarks shortcut key doesn't work. I tried any keys.

It works only for Globals not Local.

Ensure that Bookmarks tab is active and keyboard focus is in table's content.

Yes I have it opened and mouse cursor is over it.

Generally add bookmark on timeline doesn't work too

Ok it works but only for shortcut with control, shift like control+B. Without it doesn't work - like "B"

Sure, because characters get used for incremental search function.
