Title: [+] [2716][Windows] Playlist - Enable, Disable Song function missing

When open menu on a song from playlist, enable or disable function is missing.

"Select All Enabled" remains in the Playlist menu at the bottom, and it works.

I confirmed that the enable and disable menu items disappear when the "Show switches column" option is turned off in the layout settings.

Sure, if you disables the function, it's commands disappear
