Would be truly Epic if its possible to have the VST inside the Skin ?

No. VST plugins may have different size of the dialogs, so it cannot be integrated to a skin

Respectfully I have to disagree Many VST have Mobile Views and Small Screen capability in 2026
Namely Stereotool ... just look at Steretool's STX product for example.

In the Windows API, You can copy a Window HDC and scale, so it can basically fit inside any other HDC, you might be missing some WinAPI capability's that have been around since the 90's, A great utility that has been missing for decades was called HWND Spy originally written in VisualBasic, and turned the mouse into a Bulls eye target that could literally drag any apps GUI into any other apps GUI and it would scale it correctly...

It will produces a bad output quality. Not the solution.

Anyway, skin engine has no ability to integrate 3rd party windows inside skinned context.
