When there is no internet connection and you try to turn on internet radio, a wrong pop-up message appears "File not found" suggesting that there is something wrong with some file and nothing about lack of internet. It should rather be like "No internet connection".

Now "Can't open file/url" is also not good because it doesn't explain why internet radio cannot be started.
When there is no file (deleted) and trying to open it there is already existing another message/window for this so I don't know why this "Can't open file" message is needed.

But this message probably appears only when there is no internet, so maybe it can be like "Can't open url, check internet connection".

The error occurs if file is does not exists, so it may lead to connection issues or file really was removed / inaccessible for specified uri (blocked)
