Title: Is there a skin designed for a large touch screen?

I have a setup that uses a large touch screen that I would like to use AIMP with. The problem is most skins have buttons that are very small and not suitable for using on a touch screen. Is there a skin out there that has large buttons on its skin?

Try to increase ui scaling
