Title: [x] [1622] Incorrect handling of R128 gain tags

This is a simple bug to fix. AIMP does detect R128 tags on Opus files but does not correct for the -23 LUFS target. +5 dB should be added to hit -18 LUFS like FLAC/xHE-AAC/RG and the automatic normalize option.

It seems the track gain is not corrected if output gain is not defined in OPUS header.
