I have this issue if you add too many of the same track number that it sometimes just breaks it adding the song to the right placement. I have over 900 songs, so it's sometimes easier to just add the same track number to organize it how I want it. I've done it before, but sometimes after a certain point it just breaks. I'm not sure why. I think it happens like after 3 times of the same track number? I'm not too sure. I know it tends to handle 2 of the same, just gets finicky sometime after that.

Adding to track and it auto placing the track in the list where it's supposed to be. It places it all the way in the beginning instead of where it's supposed to be based on the track number. It only happens when adding too many of the same track number.

How you adding the tracks? via drag-n-drop in "to current place" mode?

This is how I add the track to the list and I do have "To Current Place" mode too.

In this case, the file will be added to end of playlist.

But this setting is for drag-n-drop only.

I have it so the end of the playlist is first so that way I can listen to the newest to the oldest. It's adding it to the beginning though and I have to drag it all the way to the end.

Has the playlist a sorting setting?
