Title: [2675] Issues with tags when playing from LAN urls

I noticed various issues with tags when playing from urls on local network, for example from DLNA server.

• When playing mp3 file with ID3 tags they rarely load (every field is empty), when I restart AIMP while playing such mp3 file the tags suddenly work perfectly for that one mp3 file, but then the next mp3 file again fails to load tags.
• When playing FLAC file with vorbis tags the album art frequently fails to load, I think I narrowed it down to "Comment" field containing a url. I think that AIMP tries to load album art from urls found in "Comment"?
• The file information window seems to be missing the album art even if it is visible in the main window.

Note that when I download the files manually and check them with Tag Editor the tags and album arts are all there.

The issues might come from the fact that AIMP seems to treat all urls as if they are from the internet - with "Find on internet" disabled AIMP does not load album art even on local network.
I think additional options/handling needs to be added for RFC1918 networks, with potential DNS query to check if hostname is local or not.
