Title: How can I make AIMP3 skip tracks I've already scrobbled on Last.fm?
Post by: untymage on December 20, 2024, 10:10:55
I'm using Last.fm plugin to scrobble my tracks, and I'd really like to have it skip any songs I've already listened to and scrobbled before. Is there a way to automate this within AIMP3, or maybe a workaround/plugin to make it happen? If not any guide to teach me how to make plugin for it? i have little programming background.

I'm not sure I fully understand your task, since any track you listen to is scrobbled, right? So I'll tell you what I did. I created a smart playlist, in which I set a condition to include tracks with the number of plays < 1. This way, it a) includes all tracks added to the library; b) excludes tracks that have already been listened to.

This may not be exactly what you need, but I hope it will help if you describe your task in a more general way (maybe Last.FM is an unnecessary element here ;-).
