Title: [x] [2647] [32bit] Set new skins, but restart app, the skin was default skins

32bit AIMP skins sat new A4.asc5 skins . but restart app , the skin is default skins. news skins couldn`t display in restarting APP.

AIMP v5.40.2647 RC   32bit version.

I've tried to reproduce an issue, but failed. All works fine on my side. Please, try to reproduce on this build: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/U9g1lc4ZWMEJUg

found the debug.  the ntp_aimp_rsc plugins stop the default skins .  delete it , it`s ok.
