Hello, ist it possible to display in the Information Bar or in the running line the icy-description and the icy-name, shown in the log?

I just want to be able to see which one radio stream is running right now in the info bar (in my case on top of my desktop). This information can be found in the Log:

I'm not sure, if it's possible, but if it is, would like to know, how to display it.
