Is there a way to remove tags (ID3 v1 & 2) without removing the album cover (in Tag Editor window)?

Only in two steps - save album art to temporary file, remove all tags, attach album art back and save the changes

Thanks 👍🏻. I already used this method. I thought may be a way to do this at once in Tag Editor, without having to save the cover and then add it again.

Can you explain your scenario in more details? What reason to remove ALL tags?

For some reason (for some kids on their AIMP Android version) I do remove all tags (on my AIMP Win version) except the cover. They recognize the sound by cover art, faster. Numbering and naming the files as they desire. Sort the files (tracks) by their naming. Just to make things more simple for them I do these steps. They need no tags except the cover cause this one is crucial to them!
About 2 years ago I requested a feature for a simplified version of Android AIMP for kids (with a kid lock option) via email, the AIMP team said they had added my request to their to-do list. :)

Yep, I've too long list of requests... most requested has higher priority for implementation.

Usually, file names more complex in comparing with song title...
Additionally, you can setup player to display file names only (no metadata) without deleting metadata

I am (to some extent) aware of that. I am an (AIMP) old user and appreciate this app.
They browse/manage files (video, audio and image) folder by folder, not in-app browsing (managing). They name them as they desire! They use three apps for playing music/video, and I think the current version of AIMP (android) is a bit sophisticated for them. But has more options to control things in comparison with the two others.
