Localization Editor doesn't show the changes of the translation.

1. it informs about a missing translation - good
2. it informs about a deleted translation - good
3. it doesn't informs about a changed translation - NOT good
For this reason, it is almost impossible to do it manually because each entry/line would have to be checked manually for each new version.
Or maybe there is a way to do it that I don't know about? I say right away that comparing the original translation with previous versions does not make sense in the long run.

What is changed translation? Usually, I don't change text of already published strings (except typos)

What is changed translation?
Changed translation is every string that was somehow changed and was different in the previous versions. Not deleted string or added new one, just changed text in existing string. As I showed with the screenshot - I added "2" to the "License" for example and the program doesn't inform me about it. There can be lot of these changes that I'm not aware as a translator.
Usually, I don't change text of already published strings (except typos)
There can be a lot of different changes. I use english version as a reference. For example between version 5030 and 5100 there were 8 differences and between 5100 and 5300 were 15 differences.

If the name of a function or option is changed to a completely different one and it is not changed in the translation, is it not an important change? For me, every change, even the smallest one, is important. And after a long time, there are more and more of them.

У меня ощущение, что я уже видел подобный вопрос или запрос на форуме. Подробностей не помню.
Насколько понимаю, в текущей реализации не просто создать адаптивный вариант для нескольких версий языковых файлов. Как по причине структуры файлов (строки не имеют глобальных идентификаторов для создания общего файла изменений), так и не знаю насколько журналировались изменения файлов.
Потенциально, адаптировать редактор можно через примечания к строкам. Внешний файл (не редактируемая колонка) содержит аналог перевода, но вместо перевода содержаться примечания и/или номера билдов относительно пометки добавления/удаления/изменения. Например, zzz=+2532, где zzz название строки/переменная, +-~ тип изменения, а после номера билда короткое описание.
Это не должно быть сложно реализовать считывание ещё одного файла и фильтр/управление по сравнению с номерами билдов перевода и файла примечаний.
Сохранят полную историю изменений строк не вижу смысла. Достаточно знать были ли изменения для редактируемого файла языка.

Не стоит наворачивать то, что не нужно. Когда меняется что-то кардинально - я просто завожу новый ключ. В данном случае я поправил грамматику и свел терминологию к одному - категории и группы стали просто группами

Big change? 1+2. Small (spellcheck, correction)? Does not affect translation.

I afraid its unavailable, but you can take previous localizations from previous versions of player
