Title: [+] [1382] no rights to delete file

i cannot delete any file from within the player when pressing 3-Dot-menu and then "delete" it says "no permission to write..." then it wants to gain rights but only redirects to the "downloads"-folder of my phone.

could this please be fixed?

Phone is P40 Pro with android 10


if you get this to work properly it would be nice to have an option to also delete files from "my music" screen.

You can't grant full access rights to the download folder. Android 11 provides special way to delete music files from this folder. In android 10, just only one way is install no-saf version of app https://www.aimp.ru/?do=download.file&id=20

i want to delete files from inside music folder. aimp just redirects me to downloads folder after telling me it has no permissions to delete anything.

no-saf version does the same, i am still unable to delete files?
just wondering because on other apps i dont have any problem deleting any music files.

It impossible. Ensure that you have installed no-saf version correctly

i got it to work now. right after aimp redirects me to "downloads", i had to manually change directory through navigation drawer to "phone" and now i can properly delete files,  thank you
