Title: [+] [2505] Long titles still cycle with cycling disabled

When a playing title has a length exceeding the display interface in either the Information Box "Now Playing" or the main player body, title will continue to cycle back and forth even with movement disabled in Prefs/Interface/Displaying Data:

These settings relates to the Running element only (like Pandemic has)

Just noticed that in [2432] there is no cyclic movement of the song title if it is too long to fit the main player or the Information Box, only in the Running Line as expected--so apparently the cyclic movement in [2506] of the "Static" title line is unintended.

Request is that static title labels in [2506] be made non-cyclical, or that a way to control it be added as exists now for the running line label.

No, I've checked the skin, the marque mode was set in v5.03 too:

OK!  The skin I use for 5.11.2432 is a modified version of Bliss 4K version 2.43, "standard skin for AIMP 4.70," and definitely shows no movement in the Info Box or main body when titles exceed the chosen form length.  Using Charm now with 5.30.x., my mistake in assuming the skins would have same default.

Please just consider it as a feature request then, that the new version not default to a Marquee mode for static labels unless it can be controlled as with running line labels.  Thank you.
