For some reason AIMP many times does not retrieve album art for streaming Radio. See image attached comparing MusicBee album arts vs AIMP on same station.
Is there anyway to get AIMP to fetch art more consistently?

Try adding these additional art sources to your aimp_webLyrics.ini file:

Радиостанция отдает не корректные данные, поэтому аимп не может их найти.
я обрезал ваш скриншот, в интересующем нас месте.

В поле "Исполнитель" указано "Late Night Jazz" что по сути является сборником https://www.discogs.com/master/945083-Various-Late-Night-Jazz
и на этом сборнике нет исполнителя "Bob James Trio" с треком "Nightcrawler"
В поле "Заголовок" указано "Bob James Trio - Nightcrawler" что является совмещением двух полей "Исполнитель - Заголовок",
в следствии чего, аимп ищет по запросу "Late Night Jazz - Bob James Trio - Nightcrawler", что является не корректным запросом.
правильный запрос "Bob James Trio - Nightcrawler", это первый трек альбома https://www.discogs.com/master/775472-Bob-James-Trio-Straight-Up
Реальная обложка альбома (https://i.ibb.co/J2KZpJv/R-1744610-1339462015-7460.jpg) не соответствует той, что показывает (https://i.ibb.co/LSPfJnj/R-544094-1516888234-4710.jpg) «MusicBee»

я запустил "вашу" радиостанцию (спасибо за ссылку которую вы предоставили), в поле "Исполнитель" указан www.youtube.com
потом на основе данных из поля "Заголовок" заполнил теги своего mp3-файла.

это не поможет,
заполните любой свой файл тегом "Bob James Trio - Nightcrawler", у меня плагин «aimp_webLyrics» обложку не находит
хотя она ищется на https://www.discogs.com/search?q=Bob+James+Trio+-+Nightcrawler и на ласте https://www.last.fm/music/Bob+James+Trio/_/Nightcrawler
у меня его нашел только скробблер LastFM, и то, только когда я активировал окно плагина в трее, а до этого, в окне плеера ни чего не отображалось.

I get the correct cover when playing a file that has had the Artist/Title ID3 v2.3 tags changed to Bob James Trio/Nightcrawler. No embedded art was present in the file. So, I don't know from WHERE, but one of the art sources in my aimp_webLyrics.ini file is producing the correct cover art. Attached is my entire aimp_webLyrics.ini file for you to try.

но по-прежнему не доступно для меня, ни на "5.11.2435" ни на "5.30.2510 Beta", что с дефолтным "aimp_webLyrics.ini", что с вашим.
Нормально загружается любая другая обложка, но только ни "Bob James Trio - Nightcrawler", а вот если в тег-альбом записать "Straight Up",
то плагин загружает обложку практически мгновенно.

Yes, I've started to notice that too. When a song is from a compilation, AIMP will miss the art (can't find it due to lack of information in the stream), but Music Bee will find what it can, even if it isn't 100% correct. And, this is exactly as you describe it. Sometimes Auto Tagger can figure it out but I get around 5-10% failure to find Album Art with that program too -- and all are compilations.
