Title: Is it possible to use a windows based skin on android?

I am a huge fan of the 80's hi-fit skins I would love to have one or two of them on my phone if it's possible and not a extremely difficult process. Please let me know at your convenience.  Thank you

Нет. Форматы разные. Есть редакторы обложек (скинов). Вы можете "скопировать" стиль с одной обложки на другую.
