Hi, am using Aimp 5.11 but I can't seem to find a "Bliss-like" skin with the controls (play, stop, pause etc) on the bottom. All I use is my local media library folder structure so I would like that all to be in one window but with the controls on the bottom. Bliss would be perfect except the controls are on the top. Can you please please suggest me a Bliss-like skin with controls on the bottom.
So far I have tried but have found fault with :
- A4 (controls are on the top)
- Alchemy (no stop button and it takes too long to long press the play/pause)
- Amp (no player controls on the local files media library tab, only on the playlist... why?)
- Bliss AOI2 (always starts up on wrong tab, does not start up on local media library tab which is where I always am when I exit)
- Chroma (can't get rid of the right side playlist window or I can't find that option to hide the playlist window. Also missing stop button)
- Easiness2 (Seek bar is lacking, has no illumination where you are on the track plus it's a bit dark)

Bliss 4K version 2.43 has the controls on the bottom. Can't recall the version of Skin Editor I used, but the pic below is from the stock Bliss 4k version generated by its New Project->Bliss 4K menu and then edited by me. The controls and basic form remain the same, I just increased font readability and added the spectrum. If that's what you want I can post the skin .acs5 file.

Hi sveakul, thanks for your reply. I searched for Bliss, specifically version 2.43 that you mentioned has the controls on the bottom but couldn't find it. So yes please I would like to try your edit :-)

Actually I see you can make one with the controls on the bottom from the latest Skin Editor, by loading the built-in Bliss 4k project and in the AIMPMainForm section only selecting the "mwCaptionLayoutClassic" instead of "mwCaptionLayoutModern." Then if you just build the skin as-is you get one minus the extras I had added, plus you'd have a project file to make any edits you wanted later.

Okay, will take a look. Am sure it will be a steep learning curve but should pay dividends in the long run... :-)
