Title: [x] [2500] Lag on library track change

there a lag issue, well to be percise this issue excist on all versions even the new one v5.11.2432

when you change tracks from one to other continuously there is a delay like an HDD loading waitting....
my pc is with the latest hardware and an M2 too so its not the pc side...
can artem can check it out to see whats going on?

one more thing the problem i had with the known (autoscrooling at library still excist) if we can do something for this too will be awsome!

seems to be asio related, let me do more deep testing on this with even more dacs and soundcards to see!

I planning to implemented a smart-refresh for music library in next version of player. Just for now, AIMP reloads entire music library view if one of meta fields are changed

sound cool! but besides that I disable the automatic features like scan for changes and etc... but I'm waiting the new implementation to see!!! thank you!
