Title: Greek character encoding

Hi there, I have this Internet radio that plays only Greek music. All my MP3s have Greek character tags in both Artist and Title.
In my radio's site https://gnisios.gr the characters display fine. <see attachment>
In my Windows PC using AIMP the characters display fine. <see attachment>
In my friend's car his Android player running AIMP display Russian characters <see attachment>

Any ideas why this is happening and how it can be fixed?
