Title: Customize information in taskbar?

Is it possible to customize the current track information in taskbar (the information shown when I put my cursor on the program icon)? It shows "Artist - Title", but I would like it to be "Title - Artist".

No, this format is used for compatibility with Winamp plugins and remote API.
