Hey, there...
After the search function of the forum apparently led to no search results caused by too specific search terms, I simply searched for “equalizer” which brought countless results.
However, none of the results answered my question.
English is not my mother tongue, but at least I understand it and express myself in it, not well, but way better than in Russian.
What's for me, more or less just jumbled up strings of letters that look similar to the ones I know, but are mirrored, or are upside down. ;)
So, after way too many words as Introduction, here is finally my question:
Is there a way to export the self-created EQ settings and after a Windows reinstallation,
or a comparable process that also entails a fresh installation of AIMP?
thx in advance
greetings JB-ButchA

Custom EQ settings, if saved using the GUI interface, are appended at the end of the text file "EQPresetsLibrary.ini," located in the AIMP "Profile" folder. You can either copy that whole file somewhere else for backup, or just the part within that contains your settings, which are prefaced by a bracketed header like [MyCustomName].
