Title: How Can I Copy/Paste my Preference Settings?

I've got a new PC so what I'd like to do is get the whole skins and preference settings I set moved to the new PC. Thing is I don't know how. I beleive it's possible cuz I saw profile folder thingy on the menu.... Plz ppl help me?? Thank you always.
