How could one open (e.g. by pressing ALT+O) a track in an already open special file manager, e.g. FreeCommander?

Many thanks!

I cannot manage it to open a track in one of the panels of the FreeCommander already opened (a new one opens)

I added this: /C /Z /L="%1

But the Desktop is shown in the left panel (instead of the album folder):

Or this opens the album folder but also a new instance of FreeCommander:
Or this: %Files%

What do I have to change?
