My equalizer presets are gone after the update. How could I get them back?

Restore them from Backup. They must be in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\AIMP\!Backup\z Before install v5.00.2338.......
Inside the zip file have two folders. Look in folder Profiles\Your Account\. There must have a file: EQPresetsLibrary.ini, inthere are Your old presets before update. Just copy and paste with replace the old file EQPresetsLibrary.ini in C:\Users\Your Account\AppData\Roaming\AIMP.

I use Aimp portably. I have found that file here: J:\Programme\Aimp\!Backup\z Before install v5.00.2338 [2021.11.02 00-09-23]\Profile

But it does not contain the old equalizer presets. I only have three back up zips:

I tried two of those backupped EQPresetsLibrary.ini files which didn't have my presets and after readding the new EQPresetsLibrary.ini my new created preset was gone as well.

Biff:  I use portable AIMP as well and recently updated from 4.70 to 5.0.2335 using the updater plugin.  The new EQPresetsLibrary.ini file, located in the AIMP/Profile folder, did not include my old custom EQ setting.

The old EQPresetsLibrary.ini was backed up in the !backup zip. Instead of replacing the new file with the old file, try opening the old one in Notepad, copy out just the section referring to your custom setting, and then paste it into the new EQPresetsLibrary.ini file.  The new one has the following internal header before the actual EQ settings (paste your old setting somewhere after it):

LibVersion=2335

Yes, in that backup folder I only have those three back ups (any back ups from updates before obviously on my drive) not containing any of my presets (I searched for in a text editor in those EQPresetsLibrary.ini files), don't know why:

So I will try to find an update I did by myself and copy the content of that file like you said.
