Title: How to Export MP3 (with EQ Effects)?

Hi guys, my 1st post.
I have downloaded LAME & looked at its features finding nothing explained about loaded song or EQ as relevant to encoding...

I've messed w/songs using EQ effects & wish to save each so that reset the effects each time it's played isn't necessary.

Can anyone advise me?

NOTE - i have learned that AUDACITY records windows audio so I have one workaround.

AIMP does not have an ability to export song.
