Title: Windows Properties Suddenly lost
Post by: locomotive_opus on January 25, 2021, 00:27:00
I am using this app for years, while i haven't changed any setting or install another media player program, suddenly i can't see when i right-click, the options of AIMP like "Add to playlst", "Play Now" etc.
Untill some hours ago, i had those options in my PC. Can somebody help me, i also checked the "Open With" plugin but that wasn't the issue. I'm kinda lost, so if someone can help  :'( :'(

- aimp latest version.
- windows 10, i haven't perfomed any update for months.

locomotive_opus,

Hello and welcome to the forum! :)

Please, check in your profile folder (for instance: C:\Users\[your_Windows_username]\AppData\Roaming\AIMP) if the AIMP-ContextMenu.ini file is there.

Kind regards.

Have you already tried rebooting your computer?

I've rebooted my computer several times, installed the program several times also. I've also changed multiple times the default music player but yet nothing changed.

Try this:

Preferences -> System -> Integration -> uncheck the box "Add to Explorer context menu" -> Apply -> then check the box "Add to Explorer context menu" -> Apply -> OK
