Title: Find out if ID3v1 and/or ID3v2.3 tag header exists?

When I right click in the playlist onto a certain song and select "File Info" then there are two tabs (among others):

ID3v1 and ID3v2

How can I find out which ID3 header is currently existing and which not?

Use advanced tag editor tool for that.
