Title: Instant time Pop up over the progress bar.

Hi there,

I'm using Aimp for podcasts too.
There is a mouse over popup showing the selected time on the seek bar, but it appears with a delay of nearly one second.
So when looking for a specific time, I sometimes have to wait multiple times.
VLC shows and updates that pop up instantly.
This is surely not a performance issue, it is a feature.  >:(

Is there any way to change that behavior?

Click and hold the left mouse button while navigating the seekbar, you'll see a time display that's updated continuously

I would also like to request an option to make the time popup on the seek bar constant when you mouse over. I don't want any delay. I don't like holding down the left mouse button to seek the time.
