It brought us many events, challenges, and &#8220;plot twists&#8221;. When the world keeps changing every second, one can&#8217;t really plan much for any distant future. But let&#8217;s try. Ready, set, go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recap<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1166\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Roadmap for 2022<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AIMP for PC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We issued three releases \u2013 just as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1166\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">we had planned<\/a>. However, the focus of the last release \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v5.10<\/a> \u2013 was aimed at something entirely different: v5.10 got some old, moderately popular features that our users had been requesting from time to time. What&#8217;s more, we produced a special assembly on Wine (Linux). You can access <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/?do=download&amp;os=linux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">links to DEB and RPM packages<\/a> in the &#8220;Download center&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AIMP for Android<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, out of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1166\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the three releases we had planned<\/a>, we produced two \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/?do=news&amp;id=159\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v3.22<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1187\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v3.30<\/a>. It&#8217;s worth noting that the latter one, aside from the features we had planned, also got experimental support for playback from clouds via WebDAV<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Audio Cutter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De facto, the project failed: our users are unhappy with the separate application, we are unhappy with all the downsides. So, without further thought, in v3.30, we restored the feature that allowed to set a ringtone from within the application (i.e., the feature is now what it had been before the Audio Cutter utility). However, the focus of the last release \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v5.10<\/a> \u2013 was aimed at something entirely different: v5.10 got some old, moderately popular features that our users had been requesting from time to time. What's more, we produced a special assembly on Wine (Linux). You can access <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/?do=download&amp;os=linux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">links to DEB and RPM packages<\/a> in the \"Download center\".<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>AIMP for Android<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In 2022, out of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1166\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the three releases we had planned<\/a>, we produced two \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/?do=news&amp;id=159\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v3.22<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimp.ru\/blogs\/?p=1187\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v3.30<\/a>. It's worth noting that the latter one, aside from the features we had planned, also got experimental support for playback from clouds via WebDAV<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Audio Cutter<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De facto, the project failed: our users are unhappy with the separate application, we are unhappy with all the downsides. So, without further thought, in v3.30, we restored the feature that allowed to set a ringtone from within the application (i.e., the feature is now what it had been before the Audio Cutter utility).
