AIMP v3.00 RC2 Build 961

Main changes AIMP3 RC2:

• Sound Engine: Resampler algorithm has been improved
• Plugins: AIMP3 SDK (Delphi / С++) was updated
• Fixed: Incompatibility with AVG and Avast antivirus
• Fixed: Incompatibility with Synaptics TouchPad
